About
Rentals Without the Runaround
We started LoadLine because renting a trailer should not take three phone calls and a trip across town to find out it's already gone.
What we do
LoadLine Rentals rents commercial-grade trailers to contractors, tradespeople, and homeowners in and around Hagerstown, Maryland. We launched with three company-owned trailers — a deck-over equipment trailer, an open car hauler, and a hydraulic dump trailer — because those three cover the majority of what people around here actually need to move.
How we're different
Everything is bookable online with real availability, a real price, and a real pickup appointment. You see the rate tier we applied and every line item before you pay. There's no counter negotiation and no mystery fees at return.
We own the equipment we rent, so maintenance is our problem, not yours. Inspections, tire and brake service, and registration renewals are tracked per unit and blocked out of the calendar when they come due.
Where we're headed
The platform is built to handle more than trailers. Tools, machinery, and attachments fit the same catalog, pricing, and booking system. As the fleet grows, the experience stays the same: see it, price it, book it, tow it.
Straight talk
We're new. We're not going to claim we're the biggest, the best rated, or that thousands of customers have already come through. What we will tell you is exactly what each trailer can carry, exactly what it costs, and exactly what we need from you before you tow it.
