Terms of Service

This website is operated by LoadLine Rentals LLC ("LoadLine", "we", "us"), an equipment rental business located in Hagerstown, Maryland. By using this site or placing a reservation you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and carry current auto insurance to reserve or tow equipment. Reservations placed by anyone who does not meet these requirements may be cancelled without refund of the booking deposit.

Prices shown are estimates based on the rental window, add-ons, and options you select. The final charge is confirmed at pickup and may differ if your actual rental window, mileage, fuel level, or equipment condition differs from the reservation.

A booking deposit is charged at the time of reservation. The remaining rental balance and a refundable security deposit hold are handled at pickup. Availability is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed and the booking deposit clears.

The signed rental agreement you complete at pickup is the binding contract for the equipment itself. Where these terms and the rental agreement conflict, the rental agreement controls for matters of possession, use, damage, and liability.

Cancellation and no-show terms are described on our cancellation policy page and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, place fraudulent reservations, or access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts and cancel reservations associated with such activity.

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the reservation in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Washington County, Maryland.
