Step 01
Choose your equipment
Browse the fleet or use the job selector on the homepage. Each listing shows payload, hitch requirements, recommended uses, and what is prohibited so you can rule a trailer in or out in under a minute.
Step 02
Verify your setup
During checkout you enter your tow vehicle, receiver class, ball size and rating, electrical connector, and brake controller. Our compatibility checks flag anything that looks marginal so it gets reviewed before pickup day instead of at the gate.
Step 03
Reserve and pay online
Upload your license and proof of insurance, review and sign the rental agreement, and pay a 25% booking deposit. Your equipment is locked to your dates the moment the payment clears.
Step 04
Pick up in Hagerstown
Once your reservation is confirmed we release the exact pickup address and access instructions. Arrive in your 30-minute window, we walk the trailer with you, take a quick photo record, and you're gone.
Step 05
Return and inspection
Return during business hours or use the secure after-hours return link. Park it where instructed, confirm the trailer and accessories are back, and submit. We inspect, close the rental, and release the security deposit.
