• Reservation details: equipment, dates, tow vehicle, destination, and job notes
• Verification documents: driver's license and proof of insurance, uploaded for identity and eligibility checks
• Payment metadata: our payment processor handles card data; we never store it
• Basic technical data: pages viewed and device type, for site reliability

To confirm and fulfill your reservation, verify eligibility to tow, communicate about pickups and returns, process payments and deposits, comply with legal obligations, and protect our equipment from fraud and theft.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your documents with third parties except our payment processor, our insurer, or where required by law or a valid legal request.

Data is stored in our hosted database with access restricted by row-level security so that you can only read your own records. Verification documents are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible. Rental records are retained as long as required for tax, insurance, and legal purposes.

You can view and update your profile at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of an account or documents, email support@loadlinerentals.com. We may need to retain records tied to completed rentals.
